Toronto Half Marathon!!!

Well its complete. It was painful, it was cold and best of all it was fun. For the first 11km I window shopped through Toronto. Then ran through a beautiful park. Apparently I also ran right in front of the CN tower but I was too engrossed in my running to even look up. LOL. It was an amazing run. I only wish I wouldn't have developed a cold the week of the race. The congestion tended to slow be down a bit. But nevertheless I still finished in 2 hours and 21 mins. Not bad for a 21 km run. I think Shannon and I may look into running the Ottawa half marathon this coming summer. I need to train a lot more. Shannon is an amazing runner. I'll have to work to keep up. I'll post some pics when I get back to NL. Leaving for our big trip this coming Monday. I can't wait. Laying on a beach with my honey sounds like a wonderful way to spend halloween this year.
