Snow Day!!!
Doesn't everyone love a snow day!!
So what did I do with my wonderful day off. Well for the most part I just relaxed. I did have to shovel for about 2 hours but thats just minor stuff. I didn't do any of the readings I should have done but I did watch some movies. Sisterhood of the traveling pants. Don't you just love that movie. It almost makes me wish I was back in highschool again. Of course that would mean I would have to repeat that awful first year of university and I'm so not ready for that. Although it would be nice to be with my group of girlfriends again. I have to admit I don't spend a great deal of time with the girls I did once hang around with.
This year marks my 9th year since I graduated. I don't know what a lot of my fellow graduates have been up to since graduation. I'm kind of excited for my high school reunion next summer (the summer of 2007) if all goes well I should be Dr. Mallaley by that time. How exciting is that! Well ok its exciting for me. It will be nice to see what people have been up to since we all graduated in June of 1997. Its strange though I always thought that I would always be close with my friends. Live in the same community and do similiar things. I find it kind of sad that I no longer have much in common with many of the friends I spent the better portion of my life with.
We always hear that people grow up and grow apart. I never thought that would have happened to me. While people are thinking of marriage and families I'm thinking of IV's, suturing and drug doses. I don't think there is anything wrong with getting married and having children. I mean at 27 its the perfect time for that. I always thought I would be married by now. I guess that wasn't in my cards.
I'm not quite sure how I started on this topic from a snow day but I guess it was just in the back of my mind, LOL.

Hi Paula,
It's me Arrah MacDonald - from high school! Anyway, I've been playing around with this whole blogging thing and looking up things and came accross you. I'm in the process of trying to gather email addresses of grads to get ready for our reunion. I've added your hotmail address to this, I hope this is ok. If you know of any other email addresses of people we graduated with, please send them along or post on my blogspot www.arrahlee.blogspot.com
Take Care,
Arrah
