Weight Loss!

Ok how do you lose 10 lbs. I see all these people losing 50 to 60 lbs and personally I can't lose a lb. I mean I go to the gym on average 3-4 times per week, I eat fairly healthy and I have been trying for the last 2 weeks to not eat after my supper. That means no snacking at night. Something that I have to try super hard not to do. I remember during my second year of med school I was really good at this. Now I'm not so good. But I promised myself a treat if I was successful for two weeks. And since I have already bought a treat of a new pair of shoes from aldo so I have no choice now but to continue no snacking for the two week duration. Otherwise I have to return the shoes. LOL. I'm bribing myself, talk about pathetic. Oh well whatever it takes. I don't want to lose a lot of weight. Just a few lbs before Christmas. Oh we will see what happens.
